Common ones are nausea, breast soreness, loss of appetite, unexplained fatigue.
The most confirmatory sign is a positive pregnancytest.
Is flatulence a sign of early pregnancy?
NO. This is not the sign of pregnancy.
Missed period with Urine pregnancytest positive confirms the pregnancy.
Passing flatus is very common. If it is excess or foul smelling, may be due to the foods you had recently.

Whats the earliest i can take a pregnancy blood test?
Hi and thanks for posting.
Within a week, you can comfortably do this.
I however encourage that you wait until when your next menses are due before taking a pregnancytest and preferably to do a urine test as it is less expensive, reliable and cheap.
Hope it helps.
Wish you well.
If you don't plan to get pregnant anytime soon, please consider adopting and using a contraceptive method.
