looks like a bruise, throbbing pressure under toenail, not a bloodblister. bit swollen at side edge of nail. do i need medical assistance or is it just bruised?

If you develop some pain or swelling then you may consult a doctor for prescription of antibiotic and anti inflammatory.
I have a bump on my breast and pus and blood comes out
Please get yourself examined by your primary care physician at the earliest. You probably have a mastitis that needs oral antibiotics.
I have a wound opening between my toenail and where it goes into the skin. Out of the wound puss come out. What is it and how do i cure it?
It looks like a localized infection/abscess. You will need antibiotic with or without debridement.
