Hello..Thanks for your query
Psoriasis is an immune mediated condition.Unfortunately, this does not have a complete cure in any form of therapy .However ,with properly guided treatments , you should be able to achieve optimum results and have a remission ,which varies from person to person.
Of the various available methods of therapy ranging from topical to oral to lasers ,treatment is based on the extent of involvement of body surface area.It is not mandatory to be on a treatment always ,but being on maintenance doses/treatments helps prolonging remission. You should discuss this with your dermatologist and start the therapy .
Hope this is helpful.Take care!
