Your problem is not serious. However, you need to consult a rheumatologist for opinion. In the meantime, you can take ibuprofen tablets for pain relief.

You should get your blood test done e.g serum uric acid, serum RA factor quantitative, E.S.R, C.R.P.
Send me report or discuss it with your doctor.
Till then take painkillers like ibuprofen by disusing it with your doctor.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening over affected parts.
