Even though it is too early to comment on this post operative pain in your abdomen, if I were your doctor, I would advise you for a review ultrasound abdomen to rule out any left over stone in the common bile duct as there were multiple gall stones as per your history. Also the condition of the pancreas could be known from the ultrasound report. I would also advise for some routine blood tests for you like CBC, LFT, and also a serum amylase and lipase estimation.
