Suggest Remedy For Neck Pain

My niece who is two years old periodically complains of pain in her neck. She is not really able to talk very well and so cannot explain what she is feeling. She cries and points to her neck. There is no fever or other signs of meningitis. Her mother says it's been happening for about a month, periodically.
