Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports your thyroid gland is enlarged in size(right lobe > left lobe) with heterogeneous echotexture and few hypo echoic nodules in both lobes of thyroid s/o parenchymal disease.
Hypoechoic nodules may be due to many reasons like autonomous nodule, colloid cyst, mass etc.
It need clinical correlation and further investigations like thyroid profile, nuclear scan etc.
Treatment depend upon clinical correlation and investigation reports.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
