Stomachache, HPT Negative, Pregnant ?

Hello how are you today? I have been having pain in my stomach and also all the signs of pregnancy for a couple months now. I went to the doctor and all the test blood and urine came back negative i got them re done a few weeks later and still negative..My doctor sent me to maternal fetal med for an ultrasound and pelvic exam and a image of a baby shows up in my ultrasound. am i pregnant? And how is that possible? do you think i am high risk? and could this be an etopic pregnancy?

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it is a contravercial. if baby is there in the scaning , they should mension the size of the foetus poles
