Periods In Pregnancy
I checked for pregnency test last week and i was found that the test was positive and confirmed that iam pregnant. But from yesterday iam having periods, Is it possible to get periods even iam a pregnent. But i heard my friend telling that there will be no periods during pregnency. Can any one tell me the reason? then u should confirm ur pregnacy once agian by ultrasound scanning which will detect a fetus as early as 5 weeks

Confirm it is pregnancy related or delayed menses[Occsionally infalse positive test].
Bleeding some times occurat menturation time for first few months in some pregnancy.
Take rest. If t is painful,fever then better consult Gynecologist to rule out miscarriage.

Technically if you are pregnant you cannot get your period but there are several reasons for spotting during pregnancy. Sometimes, early in pregnancy, a little bit of blood may be present during implantation but the amount is very small and will go away. It appears that some women spot during their pregnancy around the time that they would get their period. Sometimes spotting can be an indicator of a miscarriage. If you start spotting, try to stay calm and contact your doctor for a check up. If the bleeding is heavy and you are experience abdominal pain contact doctor immediately and/or go to emergency room. this is missed abortion, better go and get the scan immediately. it can also be ectopic pregnancy.
