Severe Back Pain And Pregnancy

Iam 8 months pregnant. Iam now 5th month, this is my second child. The first child was a caesarean section. Now iam getting lot of back pain. If i stand for short while iam getting severe back pain. Is this because of my previous operation. Iam using some oil to massage for my back. Is there any thing worng. Do i need to take any x-rays to find out any worng with my back bone?

no harmful radiation exposure during the pregnancy.the back pain is because of your belly increasing size putting pressure on back muscle.also contributing is, they might have pricked your back when doing caesarean section for anesthesia. rest. support your belly while standing.

this type of back pain is normal in pregnancy. its due the effect of the uterus on back bones. but doctor says if back pain is associated with pain in the abdomen or bleeding in vagina and water coming from the vagina. then you should be more careful.
