What can i do at home for postnasaldrip?
Take warm saline gargles.
Have steam inhalation thrice a day, particularly before going to bed.
Take daily vitamin c capsules.
Take ginger and hot soups with pepper.
Try OTC antihistaminic at bedtime and eucalyptus oil sprinkled on pillow.
