This is an X-ray finding which could be normal if you where not taking a deep breath in when the Xray was taken or if the radiographer did not use a high enough exposure. It can also signify a chest infection or heart problem.

I just answered this question - it is found on a chest X-ray where the vessels around the middle of the lung are prominent. It can be normal in certain circumstances.
