what does it means chest pa
heart is not enlarge
diaphragm is elevated
osseous structures are intact
elevated diaphragm secondary to poor inspiratory effort
It means it's a normal X ray and elevated diaphragm is due to less expansion of lungs due to film not being taken at the ppeak of inspiration.
There is no cause for concern

Thats pain and nausea.
Thanks for posting.
If this is chest pain, then it could very much be gastro-esophageal reflux disease(GERD). Some anti gastritis medications like omeprazole and antacid should offer some relief. Please, follow up with your doctor for examination confirmation and prescription. Feel free to post a more deailed desscription of symptoms and request for more advice.
