Hi. Welcome to HCM. Paxidep contains paroxetine and CR means controlled release version of the same drug. It is prescribed many conditions including panic disorder, social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorder. Major side effects are worsening of depression, development of suicidal tendencies, tremors, dry mouth, dizziness, involuntary movement of muscles,fits, blurred vision, hallucinations.
