Pain In Palm, Tingling In Thumb, Swollen Palm
I have extreme sharp like pain in my palm at the base of my hand . Depending on how i grip something the pain increases. Its been going on for about 3 months now and actually stopped for 2 months. Now it has come back with some tingling in my thumb and it appears that i my palm has a swollen soft tissue where the pain is

The condition is most probably a tenosynovitis. I would suggest you to consult your physician to ask for X Ray of the hand and an USG of the local part. If it doesn't show any localized collection then you have little less to worry and only antibiotics analgesics and rest should suffice.Though there could be other possible causes a thorough clinical exam is required before any conclusion.
