Is It Normal To Have Dark Urine And Pale Stools While Suffering From Viral Gastroenteritis?

Hi, I have been suffering with viral gastroentiritis since friday, it is now tuesday and I still have dark urine and pale stools? Is this normal? my stomach is also quite swollen and tender, my period is due in a week but Ive been having spotting also, any advice would be greatfully received

it is normal due to dehydration, take plenty of water, fresh palmogranate juice is of great help in gastroenteritis. periods has got nothing to do with your illness.
