i am having throbbing pain on right side near upper rib cage and breast, just about five fingers below hair under armpit it hurts really bad when i raise my arm and my back hurt as well on that side, also i have a lump on my right arm which one doctor claims it to be a lymphoma which is nothing but cosmetic,he claims but it hurts at times as well, with neck and shoulder pain on right side, but it feels like my arm is so heavy to lift at times but just moving my arm in a circle hurts so bad under the arm near the rib cage on right side

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since, how many days, you are having this pain.
It seems, you are talking about pain inside the bony cage ( in lung right side).
If pain is 2-3 days old may be due to ,
pneumothorax,
peumonitis,
consolidation.
If pain is from long time than may be due to,
Carcinoma, ( cancer),
Tuberculosis,
lung abscess.
X ray chest is very important , beside blood examination.
Consult a physician and get his opinion.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
