Your history is very short for me to be of help, could you get back to me with the following. Polycystic ovary might not be reason behind the fever
1. DO you have loose stools, vomiting, burning micturation, cough, cold or ear discharge, pain abdomen?
2. Have you undegone any tests for the persistant fever?
3, Since how long have you had this fever?
4. Have you recorded your temperature?
Im having bad headache and pain in my ovaris
Your headache could be related to migraine. You can take ibuprofen or diclofenac tablet for pain relief. For pain in the ovaries, please show to a gynaecologist.

Chest pain when coughing
There are a few possibilities. You may have pulled a muscle in your chest or bruised a rib or cartilage. You may have inflamed lungs if you have had a recent chest infection. I suggest you take paracetamol and ibuprofen for the pain. If the pain does not improve after 5 days, see your doctor.
