Your symptoms correlate with a disease called Meralgia Paresthetica .
It means compresdion of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve due to wearing of tight trousers around the waist area.
Kindly start with medicines which decrease nerve related pains like Pregablin along with methycobalamine.
An anti inflammatory like Etoricoxib also will help.
