Shortness of breath and chestpain results from lung or heart diseases. If this is happening frequently it is strongly advisable to consult a physician for examination, chest Xray and EKG. It would be helpful to know if there is any particular event that brings these symptoms on or it happens at rest. Chestpain at the age of 28 is concerning.
