General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From symptoms it seems that you might be having sciatica pain.
This might be due to osteoartheritis in your lumbo-sacral spines.
Go for x-ray to confirm.
Take vitamin B1, B6 and B12 shots or medicines.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
For pain you can take NSAID medicines.
Go for back extension exercise.
Ok and take care.
