Hi,
Thanks for the query.

These types of symptoms can be seen in pregnancy and also in premenstrual syndrome.
So, If you had unprotected intercourse around the time ovulation in the previous cycle then there is possibility for pregnancy.
If you think that possibility is there then go for blood test for pregnancy.
If test comes negative possibly you will get the periods soon. If the symptoms become severe once get examined and take tablets for premenstrual syndrome.
Take care.

hiiii,
Welcome to HCM.
You have missed period over a month. So first have to exclude pregnancy by urine and blood HCG test.
If test is negative, then have to search for other reasons.
There are several reason of missed /delayed period with cramp/low back pain. They are more like with Oligomenorrhoea as in PCOS, Thyroid disorder, heavy weight, psychological upset, abnormal eating habit etc.
It is better to do a fresh USG lower abdomen to rule out underlying pathology.Along with you can do other tests like Thyroid profile, PPBS, LH/FSH, Blood prolactin and lipid profile.
Always consult with your doctor regarding your test results.
Also you control body wt, take healthy diet, avoid emotional or stress full activity and take proper sleep.
Be well.

hello there..
The reason behind no menses can be anything from pregnancy to menopause which can be told better if you would have mentioned your age.

Pregnancy should first be excluded whenever a period is missed. Do a urine test for pregnancy or get a blood test for beta hcG levels.

Once pregnancy is ruled out , other things which can lead to these symptoms are stress wherin you can also miss your periods too.

Menopause which is physiological end of menses in a female, average age being 50years. Menoapuse can be preceded by symptoms which you have mentioned like lack of sleep, vague pain in the body parts, mood swings, anxiety and hot flushes along with increasing delay in menses till the cycles stop completely.
