Diagnosed With An Inguinal Hernia. Surgery Details

My son has been diagnosed with an inguinal hernia back in 2010, he now says he has lived with this pain for too all he needs to get surgery done.
My questions is what will it costs without health insurance ?
Is there a health insurance that he can apply for and the insurance plan start right away for the costs of surgery ?
Thanks Gracie

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your son has Inguinal Hernia.
The only treatment option for hernia is surgery.
As regards the expenses incurred I can not make comment on it as I have no idea of charges of surgery in ac country where you are living
As regards the insurance coverage normally the insurance coverage for surgery or any major hospital expenses are covered six months after getting insured.
Please enquire with insurance agency or company regarding the premium and other aspects.
