Are there any treatments without surgery for nodules on a thyroid and pollops in my nose?
Hello and welcome to HCM,
Nodules on thyroid need to be investigated.
They could be due to colloid goitre, multinodular goitre, benign nodule or a malignant nodule.
An aspiration cytology of the nodules needs to be done.
Further management will depend on the result of aspiration cytology.
Polyps in nose are best treated by surgical removal.
You need to consult an ENT specialist.
what is underactive thyroid
Underactive thyroid is when your thyroid does not produce sufficient thyroid hormones (thyroxin) to do its functions properly. Usually confirmed when you have low free T4 and high TSH. This may cause you certain undesirable symptoms.
Nodular thyroid gland removal.

Consult endocrinologist and surgeon
Any nodule may be ominous.
Isotope scan / neck CT scan / thyroid function are necessary
Fine needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNAB) is often first step
Surgery – as early as possible – is usually needed
Wishing all well
