Ovarian Pains, Back Pain, Tender Nipples, Thirsty. Suffering From PCOS. Any Chance Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I have ovarian cysts (PCOS) my last period was 6th of April and lasted to the 9th of April my cycle is usually 28 days and I'm usually on my period for 3 days, today is the 7th of my and i still have no period which makes me 4 days late I had unprotected intercourse on the 12th 13tg 14th of April and also yesterday on the 6th may, today I have ovarian pains, back ache but no pains in middle of my lower belly where I usually get period cramps, my nipples are tender to touch I have acidy feeling in my throat and thirsty and on Saturday 4th I felt sicky all day but as I had a touch of a dodgy tummy I thought it was linked to that, could I be pregnant? Or is this just because of my PCOS? Even though my periods are usually always regular, many thanks

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have could be related to pregnancy. But you need to wait at least till 10th may and then test your urine for pregnancy using a home pregnancy test kit. Early testing may cause false negatives.
