Pain, numbness and tingling are neurological symptoms which means one of the nerves supplying your hand might have been compressed.If you have diabetes get your blood sugars(get adequate treatment if they are high).I suggest to meet an orthopedician for further management.Hope this helps.Take care.

There could be plenty of reasons as the complains are vagus. It could be an upcoming viral infection. If the symptoms persists then you should get a complete blood tests done. Doesnt seem anything serious as of now.
