Thank you for posting on HCM, You are 20 y old male with twitches in biceps & pain in temples & bridge of nose when looking down - these symptoms classically related to increased pressure in the sinuses - I do not think there is any worry related to brain tumor (as symptoms are -constant headaches, blurring of eyesight, nausea & vomiting & also weakness of arms & legs depending on site)

The twitching could be due to weakness in the nerves supplying that area. Take multivitamin supplements to get rid of this problem.

Citalopram is known to cause muscle twitches , the symptom you have is a similar effect.
