Lying down my heart is 94 bpm. For 20 years old is that normal?
The normal heart beat ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute.
Resting pulse rate should also be below 100 beats per minute.
So your heart beats is well within the range of normal.
If you have any other associated cardiac complaints like chest pain or breathlessness then you may need an ECG and ECHO.
In that case you may consult a Cardiologist.
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am afraid you are running out of options to do anything significant to increase your height as most of the bones responsible for height have stopped growing. My advice is that you consult and do some preliminary tests to see whether there are any options left.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for writing to HCM
Your blood pressure is increased. You need antihypertensives like calcium channel blockers, ACE inhibitors etc. It can be discussed with physician.
You also need to check your lipid profile and LFT.
USG of abdomen should also be done.
Anxiolytics can be given for short duration.
Get well soon.
