Blood Pressure, Pulse Rise After Exercising. On Blood Pressure Medicine. Is This Normal?

Hi i recently stoped takin b/p medvery small dose i would cut my pill in half my b/p has been controlled this week from 110/70 to 124/76 my concern is when i am exercing when i start running after walkin for 15 min i feel my heart beat to fast nd i start feelin weak i checkd after i was done and it was 134/80 nd pulse was 130 is it normal?
