There could be several reasons for pain in legs and feet. Also Normal EMG results do not rule out neuropathy. You must see your doctor who can clinically examine and confirm the diagnosis. This is a common symptom.Whatever is the cause, regular exercise, weight maintenance, proper nourishment and some nutritional supplement will be useful. Though if we find the cause, management would be better.
 
Painful numbness in my feet starting in my little toes that subsides toward my big toes. Developed painful slits under each sm toe. Non-diabetic lab results!
this may be some type of other neuropathy.
