it s about gym. I used to go to gym 5-6 days a week, do some workouts(not very intense) and i found it quite healthy. but my fellows in university says that going to gym will not be good later in our life ...

Well I advise you to have liquid items like glucose water , fruit juice instead of solid food . Also weight lifting increases intra abdominal pressure which can increase Gastritis . So be slightly mild on your weight lifting . Aerobic exercise has no effect on GAstric , you can do how much ever you want .
