What Is The Ayurvedic Treatment For Nasal Septum Deviation?

I am 34 year old man, I am suffering with nasal septum deviation. Almost 70% got deviated... qSometime bleeds, centre wall of my nose gives pain with burning sensation due to which feel headache and while sleeping uneasy to breath. Other side is always running nose... Need advise and interested to have only with medicines like Ayurvedic, homeopathic. Pls help me in this regard...
