Can neck pain make you have sharp pains in left chest
Since most of the muscles in the neck cross to the chest, there are chances of the neck pain to radiate to the upper chest. If the pain is severe and associated with breathlessness and increased sweating it could be due to heart problem.
Symptoms: worsened migraines with auras, severe teeth pain with pressure (not dental), neck pain, jaw pain, right swollen axillary lymphnode, night sweats/odor
Thanks for ur query. Pains may be due to either a variant of migraine or Trigeminal neuralgia. Long-term preventive treatment (6-12months) with combination of anti-epileptic + anti-depressant + anti-anxiety drug + Beta-blockers will cure it permanently. Lymphnode swelling is due to either bacterial infection or tuberculosis. Consult a doctor immediately.

Thank you for posting your query.
You could be having cervical spondylosis. You would improve with diclofenac and betahistine tablets. Neck exercises would also help.
I hope it helps.
