Lower Abdominal Pain And Nausea. Is It Peptic Ulcer Or Appendicitis?

I've been having lower abdominal pain and nausea for about 4 days now. It's gotten to the point where I'm smelling food and feeling nauseated afterwards and any time I eat something or take an antacid to try and feel better it actually feels worse. I am concerned that, since this is not going away, it could be a peptic ulcer or appendicitis. How long should I wait before going to see a doctor with symptoms like this?

no waiting in the case of appendicitis because the delay you make it may cause perforation and death,so see your doctor immideately

Cardiologist Dr. Naresh Ruparelia's  Response
Hi well come to HCM.
since the pain is in lower abdomen, its not related to acid peptic disease so antacid
or kind of medicine will not work.Think of acute appendicitis. intestinal obstruction,
renal colick, ovarian cyst in case of female, colonic growth etc.
So unless you submit for clinical examination and related investigation will be difficult to
help. consult you Doctor and get done reports as per his suggestion. Thanks
