My son had a bloodynose, it became chapped around the left nostril. Now its scabbed and probably looks worse than it is. What is it?
Hello and welcome to health care magic,
It could be just an infection called vestibulitis or it could be due to nose picking which is common. If the bleeding has stopped then you have nothing to worry about. you can put nose drops such as xylometazoline and not worry. In any case avoid nose picking..
If the bleeding persists then you must get back to me or any ENT

Age18 daughter. White spot on bad sore throat. Keflex 5 days no test. Volleyball next 3 days. Several severe bloodynoses today. Throat pain not gone but less.
You can try Anti-histamine and the best option is Levocetrizine 10 mg three in day
