Allergic rhinitis seems to be the cause. Some intra-nasal medicines can cause atrophic rhinitis, may result in similar symptoms. To rule out more serious causes like bronchitis, tuberculosis, etc, you need to get more tests done.

As you have Headache, Nausea and Blocked ear. Most probably it could be due to common cold.
Blocked ear is usually due to blockage in the eustachian tube which connects ear and nose.
Take antihistamine and decongestant nasal spray.
