Heart Pain, Under Stress. Taking Fish Oil. Green Tea, Yerba Mate Pills. What Could Be The Reason?

I've been having heart pain. The only thing I"ve been taking lately is Natures Bounty FIsh oil and some Green Tea + yerba mate pills along with a b complex. My pains are somewhat moderate when they come and go. I'm only 28, I am physically active, I workout, I'm a US Marine. I am a high stresser, but I don't know. What could this be?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are getting heart pain, and you are in a habit of taking natures bounty fish oil, green tea, yerba mate pills, along with bcomplex.
You are of the age 28 years, working in U.S.marine. The pain may not have any relation with the stress or work.
The habit of taking the fish oil etc may have some thing to do with the pain. All the products are gastric irritants, and more over if taking in empty stomach, it may have more irritation.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment. you may have to stop taking those things.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
