If you had come to my Clinic, I would have prescribed tinidazole 1000mg twice daily for 5 days.
my daughter is a premature baby, birth weight was 2.3kg, upon our pediatrician's advice, we gave even pre-nan along with breast feed, now her weight is 2.8 kg..
Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.
What is her present age?
At present you can continue exclusive breast feeds if the breast milk is sufficient.
Monitor her weight gain over a time, urine output to know the sufficiency of your feeds.
Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know.
