hello, thanks for ur query, injury due to ear bud can be superficial laceration to deep ear drum rupture. you need to just plug the injured ear with cotton. do not pour water or ear drops, till u have a visit with ent surgeon. take nasal decongesent to avoid cold where it transmitt infection to injured ear. visit an ent surgeon for assessment of hearing status after 3 days. all d best.take care.
