Arm Injury, Bruised, Pain On Raising, Extending Arm, On Picking Up Things. How To Heal My Arm ?

About 4 weeks ago, I fell and landed on my right upper arm . It hurt at the time but I didn t think much about it and figured I just bruised it. Now my upper arm hurts when I raise it or when I reach with it. I also seem to have lost strength in my arm. I have a hard time handing things to someone with that arm. Any ideas what I might have done to my arm?

Dear
I think it was a muscular trauma but still not healed well , you need to undergo rest along with anti inflammatory and serratio peptidase drug course for 3 weeks some form of physiotherapy advice.
