Chest pain associated with rightarm pain and numbness requires X-ray chest.
Pain in the chest can occur due to number of reasons.
Trauma, pneumothorax (air in pleural cavity), hemothorax (fluid in chest), muscular pain, fracture are few causes of pain in the chest.
Consult a pulmonologist for clinical examination, investigations and management.

If its not associated with other complaints like weakness in arm then there is cause for further concern. Take rest,if it still persists then consult your physician.

Numbness in the arms could occur due to faulty sleeping positions in the night. Also it can occur when slept on uneven surfaces. This can be minimized by shifting positions in the night and regular exercise in the mornings.
