Thanks for the query. It seems that you are suffering from vertigo. Take Vertin 16mg thrice daily x 3 days with Pantocid 40 one tab daily before breakfast.

Caused by trauma (picking), infection, allergy...
If bleeding increases, consult ENT and have blood tests
