This is just a borderline increase in bloodsugar, what we call as a hyperglycemic condition. Nothing to worry. Does not need medicines at the moment.
Go for exercises and diet control and stress-free life. The more you think about it , it will not get controlled.
Repeat the test after 3 days and 7 days. Also do urine sugar - fasting and PP; if this is negative- is again a good thing.

I would suggest you to get your fasting and post lunch bloodsugar. Also glycosylated haemoglobin.
