It depends upon the value of bloodpressure .
Mild bloodpressure e.g. 140 / 85 mm of Hg at the age of 42 , usually don't develop any symptoms.
If Bloodpressure very high 150 /100 mm of Hg may cause dizziness, heaviness in epigastrium, bleeding / nose , palpitation , headache , heaviness behind eyes.

Vitamins do not have any role in managing high bloodpressure. Lifestyle changes, weight reduction if overweight; low fat diet and regular exercise will help. Usually, anti-hypertensive drugs are used to control BP and advised lifestyle changes as describe above.

hello,thanx for query, any parson with hypertension( raised bp) , needs to be evaluated and should continue antihypertensive medication. ur still 29 yrs, need to be evaluated to know the cause of raised bp. possibilities could be throid hormone abnormalities, obesity, sleep apnea, aldosterone abnormalities. kindly visit a physician to rule out d cause and proper rx.
