I have sour throat , and cough too, my nose is blocked,
Can i take any kind of juice, if no so please tell me, what kind of food i should eat
Since you have sorethroat, cough and blocked nose, avoid all type of fruit juices.
You do salt water gargling 4-5 times a day, that will help your sorethroat to come down.
You can eat all types of food except oily foods like chips, fried chicken or fish items.
Drink plenty of hot water.
