Muscle Spasms And Twitching In Temple? Not Sure

I'll describe the symptoms: the tip of my right ear twitches a little, I feel a pulsing in my right temple along with slight pressure or tension (not sure, but it's mild), no headache at all. The pulsing comes and goes many times, at seemingly random times. There's no pain when it happens either, it just feels like my skin, muscle or a vein is jumping. I also feel a little pressure in my nose and behind the right eye and I sit in front of a computer for work about 8 hours a day. About me... I'm in the best shape of my life right now between the running, swimming and other exercising that i've been working on since April. Not overweight, and my blood pressure when I take it at home is around 120/78. Age- mid 20s. The pulsing is my main concern, and seems to have started about two weeks ago. I feel like it got worse at one point, but yesterday and today it's been happening a lot. I have been still exercising despite this. I don't feel tremendously stressed or anxious, just anxious when I think about the pulsing and allow it to work me up. I do have a lot of big decisions coming up that might be in the back of my mind. Any thoughts or similar situations?

I'm 52 and I have had those symtoms for 20 years.
After numerous tests, I'm fit as I cycle 125 miles per week, we have one important common fact, I spent and continue to spend extensive time on the PC. Compounded this with an assumption since you send so much time in front of a computer, you also my be a Type A personalilty . Her is what I have discovered. It's very common with extensive PC users; related problems mainfest diferently

Bottom line anxiety and chronic eye strain; both feed upon each other. People are not designed for such extensive periods in front of a PC. You must change you life style on how you do your work. Many many eye breaks by moving away form screens as the eye muscles become lazy and limited and eye exercise. If your are Type A, you are phychosomatically reacting to stress; meaning you are tensioning facial (eye) muscles whilst working. The cure is the ancient art of meditation 'whilst you work', i.e you literally audit your body and by breathing, remind your body how to relax

This I determined what happens to me and the techniques above have not entirely elimante the problem but I can manage it. The permanent solution is get off the PC for a year and enjoy your one life; the systoms wil eventually go and then manage your priority in this electonic age

I'm having the exact same thing in my left temple. Mine is higher up, about an inch above my ear. I've always felt a slight spasm there but it has gotten a lot worse.
