Title: Multiple Sclerosis / Demyelination disorder(neuro), female, 27yrs old please suggest a permanent cure for above condition. Thank you in advance.
HI and thank you for your query. i am so sorry to hear about this diagnosis, In truth, it has no permanent cure as of now. We can however control acute flares with drugs. Please, if you have acute exacerbation of symptoms, talk to your doctor. I know this is no good news but believe me that many actually thrive well on close control. I wish you well. Dr. Ditah, MD

scanners normal til 2011 migraines. now worst+ MS symptoms with MRI reveals nonspecific foci in periventricular+deep white matter is it MS?
Hi, Thank you for posting your query. Deep white matter and Periventricular white matter lesions are non specific findings and can occur in patients with migraine. So, in most likelihood, you do not have MS (multiple sclerosis). Best wishes, Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM (Neurology) Senior Consultant Neurologist
