Hi Stassy ! Good morning. I am Dr Shareef answering your query. At your age, even though it could be just a symptom of migraine, I would suggest you to take appointment with a neurologist to rule out any chance of a transient ischaemic attack due to any organic problem in other organ systems. 1. Are you a mouth breather?
2. any problem with anatomy of nose like sinusitis,DNS or polyp?
3. are these symptoms chronic or just appeared few days back?

I have a headace what do i do?
Headache is a common symptom experienced by everyone day to day. Do not need to worry about it. Stress is the probable cause. Just take some Painkillers like Paracetamol. If the pain persists instead of NSAID use or frequently recurring, then only you need to worry about. Then you need to check your power of eye and Blood pressure. If persists consult an ENT specialist. Doubt, Reply. Tkcr
