You should rule out few conditions like gluten sensitivity, lactose intolerance, IBS by speaking to a doctor. Restrict carbohydrate intake.

Lactose intolerance and reflux have nothing to do with the problems you had during pregnancy. Relux requires antacids, raising head end of bed, prokinetics etc. Lactose intolerance requires stopping milk.
