Im using Minoxidil 2%.Can you tell me about how much melli gram Biotin tablet i have to take?

Most of the companies available in the market have biotin either 5mg or 10 mg.But there are literatures which says that even less would be enough for hair loss.Most commonly used dosage by dermatologist is 5mg daily.
