my C6-7 disc space level demonstrates desiccation of the disc with Modic changes related to stress reponse. there is focal central herniated disc protusion messuring 3x5 mm in size, which indents the cord in the midline. small bone spurs mildly narrow the neural foramina bilaterally. there is facet arthropathy. what does this mean
